LEMON DELIGHT DESSERT

INGREDIENTS

2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED PECANS
1/4 TEASP SALT
1 CUP OF BUTTER MELTED ( 2 ) STICKS
1 PKG, 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
3 3/4 CUPS OF POUDERED SUGAR
1 CARTON ( 16 OZ ) FROZEN WHIPPD TOPPING. LIKE DREAM WHIP THAWED
1 CAN ( 15 3/4 TH 0Z ) LEMON PIE FILLING

DIRECTIONS

IN A SMALL BOWL COMBNE THE FLOUR, PECANS, AND SALT.
STIR IN BUTTER.
PRESS INTO PAN OR BAKING DISH 13/9 IN BY2 INCHES OR BAKING PAN THAT SIZE.
BAKE AT 350 DGRS. 20 - OR 25 MIN. TLL GOLDEN BROWN.
DON'T GREASE BOTTOM OF PAN EITHER.
COOL N RACK

IN MIXING BOWL MIX CREAM CHEESE, POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH.
FOLD IN THAWDED WHIPPED TOPPING.
SPREAD OVER THE BAKED CRUST.
TOP WITH LEMON PIE FILLING FROM CAN.

STORE IN FRIG.
SERVES 15.
