CHERRY COLA SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1CAN CHERRY PIE FILLING
1/2 CUP WATER
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 LARGE BOX ( 6 OZ) CHERRY JELLO
# 2 CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
1 CAN OF COLA I USE COCO COLA

DIRECTIONS

COOK PIE FILLING AND SUGAR AND WTER TOGETHER FOR 5 MINUTES STIRRING IT OFTEN. WHILE HOT , JUST OFF THE STOVE AD THE JELLO AND STR IT IN TILL DISOLVED. AD THE WHOLE CAN OF PINEAPPLE, JUICE TOO. CHOPPED NUTS AND THE CAN OF COLA. STI IT WELL AND REFRIGERATE. IT SETS UP REAL GOOD. THE NUTS COME TO THE TOP AND IT'S SO GOOD. A NICE ACCOMPANY WITH MEATS.
